Outer Order College is the grandchild of Black Mountain College and The College of Complexes. It focuses on self directed learning/living through the resources of dreams, public libraries, federal grants for training for the unemployed, self made art and subsequently the performance and distribution of that Art, Coffee, Psilocybin, Marijuana, Music and Literature and Movies in all there forms, clubs of all kinds, and inclusion over exclusion. We welcome Psychonauts, Poets, Philosophers, Street People, Buggers,Lovers & Thieves, Those that want to make there world better, Mischievous Miscreants,Woods people, Peanut people. Non-Peanut people.
