My current smoke is Orange Strollo, from Good Chemistry Nurseries. This is a really good sativa, weighing in at nearly 29% thc. It shares a parent with Tropicana Cookies, which instantly became a favorite of mine upon first trying it last year.
These two strains share some similarities, such as a citrusy smell and taste, and an uplifting yet mellow high. Tangie (sativa) is their shared parent strain. Tropicana Cookies other parent, Girl Scout Cookies, is an indica dominant hybrid, making TC a sativa dominant hybrid. Orange Strollo's other parent is Orange Wifi, another straight sativa.
Even with Orange Strollo being a fully sativa strain, I find it to be as chill and mellow as Tropicana Cookies, despite lacking TC's indica influence. If you’ve smoked TC before and enjoyed it as much as I did, you’ll also enjoy Orange Strollo. If you’re simply looking for a tasty, potent strain that packs the classic cerebral high you’d want from a sativa, while still being surprisingly chill, OS is a perfect choice.
