Premise wise, this one is odd from the get: Larry Clarke directs a remake of 1958s teenage caveman by Roger corman  (featured On MST3K)  FOR CINEMAX at the dawn of the 2000s. How did the director of KIDS interpret trash drive in  fare from 1958? Wait the jock guy from 10 things I hate about you is in it? I don't like it yet but I feel it maybe like Trout Mask Replica; you gotta be patient AND determined to find the ART. But it's there?
