Down The Tubis: Director William Webb Spotlight #4 "Double Exposure "

A fashion photographer falls for the woman he’s been hired to shoot, which pushes him into her dark and oftentimes dangerous world.

*not to be confused with the Double Exposure that Vinegar Syndrome put out on blu ray, also from 1977.*

Another William Webb production that inadvertently captures a moment in time, in this case Late 70s Britain. Great Sax Funk soundtrack, this is one where the little details like the music, clothing choice and Behavior of the characters is much more fun than the plot. Worth watching as a snapshot of a very specific time. It has that crown international budget look, but more interesting as it is part of the larger cinematic cosmology of a single filmmaker, the mysterious William Webb.
